Q: Do I have to Wear a Helmet?

A: All persons 16 years old or younger are required to wear helmets while cycling in Maryland. However we recommend all riders wear a helmet and include them free with every rental.

Q: Are Group Discounts Avaible

A: Group Discounts may be available Upon Request, However Advanced Notice is Required.

Q: Should I make Reservations, and how do I do it?

A: Reservations are not Available on the Weekends. Weekday Reservations Must be made By 7:00 pm EST (The Previous Day)

Q: Are Credit Cards Accepted?

A: YES, we do accept Debt Cards, Visa and Mastercard ONLY (No Discover or American Express, sorry).
ATMs are located 1 mile away at York Road

Q: I have an old bike, would you buy it or accept it as a trade in?

A: No, We only sell new bikes. Try our Bike Classifieds or the MTBR.com Classifieds

Q: Do you sell you rental bikes at reduced rates?

A: Yes, at the end of the season we sell some of the rental bikes to make room for new models. You may leave your name and number and we will contact you on a first come first serve basis when bikes become available for sale.
